HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The applicant agrees and covenants to hold and save the Katella High School, Anaheim United Methodist Church, and the City of Anaheim, their respective officers, agents, representatives and employees, harmless and to promptly indemnify same from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability of every type and nature including all costs and legal expenses incurred by reason of any activity arising under or in connection with participation in the Katella High Swap Meet including loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of any occurrence, omission or activity relating to such participation. In the event Katella High School, Anaheim United Methodist Church, and the City of Anaheim, shall, without fault on its part, be made a party to any litigation commenced by or against the Applicant, then the Applicant shall proceed and hold the Katella High School, Anaheim United Methodist Church, and the City of Anaheim, harmless and pay all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred or paid by the Katella High School and the City of Anaheim in connection with such litigation. Furthermore, the Applicant agrees to pay all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney's fees that may be incurred or paid by the Katella High School, Anaheim United Methodist Church, and the City of Anaheim in the enforcement of any of the covenants, provisions and agreements here under. *

Each vendor must agree to this Hold Harmless Agreement for each Swap Meet participated in.

If you are approved, you will receive regular notifications of upcoming Swap Meets at Katella High. In order to keep your information up to date, your registration will need to be renewed for each Swap Meet or event.
